# Commission

What a store pays a site that sent it a sale. Set by the store, paid only on some links, and kept away from the ranking: the code that adds an affiliate tag cannot see prices or positions. As of October 23, 2026, Vessim ranks its 376 products by price and relevance only, never by commission.

## Why it matters at Vessim

It never changes what you pay or the order results are shown in, and every page that carries such a link says so.
