# Media pack

The set of product photos a supplier gives every reseller. Resellers rarely photograph their own stock. They upload the supplier's photos unchanged, so the same picture appears on every listing of the same thing. As of October 23, 2026, 9 products in the Vessim index show the same supplier photo on more than one listing.

## Why it matters at Vessim

That is what makes matching by photo work.
